Winter Break Stem & Skate Camp - Rocket Skating Plus LLC

Save the date for our winter Skate and Stem Camp.

Each Day starts at 8:30 and ends at 4:30. It is for ages 6-13. We will skate everyday and do lots of STEM activities. Space is limited with the minimum class size being 15 and the maximum is 40.

Registration is complete upon registration form received and payment is made.

You can register your camper for the days that fit your schedule and budget.

The cost is $37 a day

All supplies are provided and we will provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. These are complimentary and thee is not a discount if you elect to not take part in these. I will list the menu soon if your child does not like our selected food items they may pack a lunch or bring money for our snack bar.

Here is your registration form. Remember registration is not completed until I receive both your completed form and your payment for camp. You can pay at the rink, use a credit card over the phone use PayPal or Venmo. Please mark your method of payment on your form and I will text you the link to use to make your payment and your total due. I will be adding qr codes soon for you to use to pay as well. I also accept Epic, Braintree Academy and Respite payments

Monday December 29th Glow Day

Today we will have a black light skate day. We will splatter neon paint on buckets hats and let them dry so we can skate with them on. We will also play one of the kids favorite games…. Hide n Seek.

Menu:

Breakfast: Fruit and yogurt

Lunch: Pizza

Snack: We will decorate sugar cookies with neon sprinkles and icing

Day 2 is our Snow Day

Today will make our snowman craft.

We will also have our snowball games, drink hot cocoa and watch our movie, Emperor’s New Groove, under our purple light with upgraded sound.

Menu;

Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs and applesauce

Lunch; Snowman Charcuterie with crackers and bread. Chips and pickles too.

Snack; Melted Snowman Poparts These use marshmallows, chocolate chips, and Nutella for a fun, snowy-white effect.

I understand that I will be notified in the case of a medical emergency involving my child. In the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize the calling of a doctor and the providing of necessary medical services in the event my child is injured or becomes ill.

I understand that Rocket Skating Plus LLC it’s owners and it’s employees and volunteers will not be responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred, but that such expenses will be my responsibility as parent/guardian.

My student agrees to follow The camper Code of Conduct which is designed to ensure that all of the participants in the camp program have a safe and happy camp experience.

Rocket Skating Plus LLC Camp, and its co-organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. Children’s’ photos and quotes may be used for publicity purposes. In case of an emergency, and if a family physician cannot be reached, I hereby authorize my child to be treated by Certified Emergency Personnel (i.e. EMT, First Responder, and/or Physician).

Photo Release – I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed during the Rocket Skating Plus Camp. I understand the photos will be used to keep a journal of activities, to share during power point presentations and/or reports to our donors and for promotional purposes including flyers, brochures, newspaper and on the internet. I understand that although my child’s photograph may be used for advertising, his or her identity will not be disclosed, I do not expect compensation and that all photos are the property of Rocket Skating Plus Camp and its affiliates.

Please comment how you will be making your payment. If using venmo or paypal I will text you a total due and the link. If your camper is an Epic Charter student and you would like for me to submit their invoice please comment their student id # and grade level. If we will be sending in an invoice to Respite you will need provide the form. You can also send an invoice to Braintree Academy. We can do a credit over the phone or you can pay at the rink.

Please note any Early Drop off or Late pickups needed. $10 per family, per date, per arrangement.
