Thanksgiving Day Camp - Rocket Skating Plus LLC

We are having a 3 day camp during Thanksgiving. Each day is from 8:30-4:30 I know these hours might be a bit off for some of you. Campers need to be dropped off no earlier than 8:15 and picked up no later than 4:45. If this does not work in your schedule let me know before camp and I will see if other arrangements can be made.

We will have 3 fun fill day. Here are the Theme for each day. Remember each day will include lots of skating. All supplies are covered with the camp fees as well as lunch and 2 snacks. You can register which ever days fit into your schedule.

Day 1 is Nerf Wars and Team games the camper may bring their our guns if they use nerf darts and arr will to share, We will supply all the darts. We will be playing with a big parachute as well.

Day 2 is Pirate day. The campers can dress as a pirates as we conquer an escape room and find a hidden treasure.

Day 3 is Arts and Crafts day. I have posted pictures of 2 of our crafts.

Painting Picture will be posted tomorrow. We have several other smaller crafts.

I finished the turkey pirates. This will be painted on Wednesday during our Thanksgiving break camp. I have prepared lots of helpers for even the youngest artists. I can wait to see how everyone’s artistic flare show in their art.

BTW We still have openings in our camp. 11/17/22

Please register and pre pay for you campers as soon as you so I can be sure to have enough supplies.

We are a vendor for Epic so we do except payment from student learning funds. We are also a vendor and except Respite funding as well.

I will respect my fellow Campers and their personal belongings by not picking on or making fun of others, instigating verbal or physical fights, going into and/or stealing other Camper’s belongings.
I will respect the counselors and staff by listening to and following their instructions.
I will respect the Camps by not stealing or causing damage to Camp property.
I will respect myself and others by not using inappropriate language, nor will I bring to Camp any weapons, drugs/alcohol (aerosol cans), tobacco or inappropriate/explicit material (images, music, etc.)

I understand that if I am in violation of these rules, my parents may be notified and I may be sent home, and the Rocket Skating Plus Summer Camp reserves the right to search my personal belongings if there are safety concerns. I have read and agree with the handbook.

I understand that I will be notified in the case of a medical emergency involving my child. In the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize the calling of a doctor and the providing of necessary medical services in the event my child is injured or becomes ill.

I understand that Rocket Skating Plus LLC it’s owners and it’s employees and volunteers will not be responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred, but that such expenses will be my responsibility as parent/guardian.

My student agrees to follow The camper Code of Conduct which is designed to ensure that all of the participants in the camp program have a safe and happy camp experience.

Rocket Skating Plus LLC Camp, and its co-organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. Children’s’ photos and quotes may be used for publicity purposes. In case of an emergency, and if a family physician cannot be reached, I hereby authorize my child to be treated by Certified Emergency Personnel (i.e. EMT, First Responder, and/or Physician).

Photo Release – I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed during the Rocket Skating Plus Camp. I understand the photos will be used to keep a journal of activities, to share during power point presentations and/or reports to our donors and for promotional purposes including flyers, brochures, newspaper and on the internet. I understand that although my child’s photograph may be used for advertising, his or her identity will not be disclosed, I do not expect compensation and that all photos are the property of Rocket Skating Plus Camp and its affiliates.

Please comment how you will be making your payment. If your camper is an Epic Charter student and you would like for me to submit their invoice please comment their student id # and grade level.
