October 2025 Stem & Skating Camp - Rocket Skating Plus LLC

Join us for 4 fun fill days of activities and skating. Each day will be filled with Stem activities, team building activities and lots of exercise. Space is limited so please register and save your spot. We will need at least 15 registered each day.

Wednesday October 15th Fun times at the Farmer’s Fair

We will make up a mock fair at the rink. We will learn to sew and make some big quilts to have out picnic on, make ice cream, make butter, play farm games and solve a barn mystery. We will ride our bulls and horse toys and race.

Thursday October 16th Pumpkin Patch at the rink

Today we will pick a pumpkin from out own pumpkin patch at the rink. Create a maze on the skate floor, and compete in a pumpkin painting contest. (They will take these pumpkins home).

We will make a group of scarecrows. We will have sack races, and face painting.

Friday October 17th Arts and Craft Day

We will complete fall theme crafts. Including making a old farm truck model to display fall items in. You can display this at home all year by exchanging these items out each season.

Monday October 20th Fairy Tales, Wizards and Fantasy

Come dressed as your favorite character from a fairy tale or your favorite wizard or even a fairy. Today will decorate a castle and a cottage. Patti will even be dresses as Red Riding Hood. We will be making wizard or fairy wands out of sticks, diamond glue and paint. Please bring a 12-15 inch stick to use for making the wand. We will make some fun potions for the kids. We will have a wicked board game tournament. We will tell our own fairy tale stories. Using cards to prompt the stories.

Each Day starts at 8:30 and ends at 4:30. It is for ages 6-13. We will skate everyday and do lots of STEM activities.

Here is our menu. If your child does not like our menu items they may pack a lunch or snack. Or purchase something in the snack bar.

Space is limited with the minimum class size being 15 and the maximum is 40.

Registration is complete upon registration form received and payment is made.

You can register your camper for the days that fit your schedule and budget.

The cost is $37 a day or $140 all 4 days

All supplies except for those mentioned above and lunch will be provided each day including 2 snacks.

I understand that I will be notified in the case of a medical emergency involving my child. In the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize the calling of a doctor and the providing of necessary medical services in the event my child is injured or becomes ill.

I understand that Rocket Skating Plus LLC it’s owners and it’s employees and volunteers will not be responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred, but that such expenses will be my responsibility as parent/guardian.

My student agrees to follow The camper Code of Conduct which is designed to ensure that all of the participants in the camp program have a safe and happy camp experience.

Rocket Skating Plus LLC Camp, and its co-organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. Children’s’ photos and quotes may be used for publicity purposes. In case of an emergency, and if a family physician cannot be reached, I hereby authorize my child to be treated by Certified Emergency Personnel (i.e. EMT, First Responder, and/or Physician).

Photo Release – I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed during the Rocket Skating Plus Camp. I understand the photos will be used to keep a journal of activities, to share during power point presentations and/or reports to our donors and for promotional purposes including flyers, brochures, newspaper and on the internet. I understand that although my child’s photograph may be used for advertising, his or her identity will not be disclosed, I do not expect compensation and that all photos are the property of Rocket Skating Plus Camp and its affiliates.

All please note if we will be sending in an invoice to Respite. If you prefer to pay through paypal there is a link below.
