Learn about design, gluing, grouting, working with ceramics, broken china and so much more. I will demo how to grout in class. You will take grout home to finish your project once the glue has set for 24 – 48 hours, or you are welcome to come back to the Rink to grout and seal your piece on a day to be determined.
The cost is $45 this cover all supplies and instructions. You will get a square paver. You can save $5 if you bring your own stepping stone available at any garden center. Just be sure and clean the top of the stone with a mild dish soap and give it time to dry before the class.
We will have a selection of tiles and china to choose from, so yours will look different. If you have broken pieces of china that are special to you, or if there’s a particular color scheme you’re going for and you’d like to incorporate them into this piece, please bring them with you – that’s what makes it personal & exciting.
