Thanksgiving Break Day Camp 23 - Rocket Skating Plus LLC

Thanksgiving week day camp. Join us in our STEM activities each day. We will have fun painting, skating, solving puzzles, escaping an island, building lego sets and playing some minecraft games.

The menu has been listed for each day. If your camper will not eat the items posted you can pack a lunch or send money, as the snack bar will be open during the snack time and lunch. We will have drink provided with each snack and water throughout the rest of the day.

Each Day starts at 8:30 and ends at 4:30. It is for ages 6-13.

Space is limited with the minimum class size being 12 and the maximum is 40.

Registration is complete upon registration form received and payment is completed.

The cots is $37 a day of $105 for all 3 days.

You can sign up for 1 or all 3 days. What ever works best in your budget and schedule.

I do ask for some fruits to be brought in on Monday by the campers and they will need to bring in a shirt on Wednesday to make their creeper shirt.

Other than that all supplies and meals are provided each day.

I do accept Epic and Respite as a form of payment.

Our campers have been shipwrecked on an island and must work together to survive until they are rescued.. We will be playing survivor style games and will split into tribes to accomplish our goals for our ultimate rescue. Each tribe will choose a name for their tribe and build a shelter. The tribes will face mental and physical challenges. They will race through an obstacle course, solve a puzzle, find food that is safe to eat, and find supplies to protect their tribe from the environment on this unknown island.

Each tribe will earn points or lose points depending on how well their tribe works together and how they place in each challenge. The winning tribe will be given a prize bag.

We will skate today as well.

**Art and Craft Day Tuesday November 21st**

The campers will choose 2 of the animals below to paint each one on a 8×8 canvas. We will build a foam windmill and sew some felt animals. All activities are suited for all the camp ages. We will skate and if time allows do some other activities.

The campers will get to choose 2 of these to paint.

Am Snack – Pancakes

Lunch – Pizza

Pm Snack – Floats

**Lego and Minecraft day. Wednesday November 23rd**

We will build Lego race cars then race or cars. The campers will get to take their race cars home . we will also build some Gear Bots but the Gear Bots will stay at the rink. we will play Pin the Arrow on the Enderdragon, Minecraft bingo and make our own creeper t-shirts. We will skate today. Legos will be available to play with during our free time.

The campers need to bring a blank t shirt to paint their creeper shirt.

Lunch – Grilled Cheese, Soup and Chips

Pm Snack – Smores with creeper marshmallows

I understand that I will be notified in the case of a medical emergency involving my child. In the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize the calling of a doctor and the providing of necessary medical services in the event my child is injured or becomes ill.

I understand that Rocket Skating Plus LLC it’s owners and it’s employees and volunteers will not be responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred, but that such expenses will be my responsibility as parent/guardian.

My student agrees to follow The camper Code of Conduct which is designed to ensure that all of the participants in the camp program have a safe and happy camp experience.

Rocket Skating Plus LLC Camp, and its co-organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. Children’s’ photos and quotes may be used for publicity purposes. In case of an emergency, and if a family physician cannot be reached, I hereby authorize my child to be treated by Certified Emergency Personnel (i.e. EMT, First Responder, and/or Physician).

Photo Release – I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed during the Rocket Skating Plus Camp. I understand the photos will be used to keep a journal of activities, to share during power point presentations and/or reports to our donors and for promotional purposes including flyers, brochures, newspaper and on the internet. I understand that although my child’s photograph may be used for advertising, his or her identity will not be disclosed, I do not expect compensation and that all photos are the property of Rocket Skating Plus Camp and its affiliates.

Please comment how you will be making your payment. If your camper is an Epic Charter student and you would like for me to submit their invoice please comment their student id # and grade level. All please note if we will be sending in an invoice to Respite. If you prefer to pay through paypal there is a link below.
